Does it matter what input/output a machine is using?

The MachTracker is designed to connect to the majority of input/output interfaces used in recent machines. Additionally, it can directly read electrical signals of older machines without an input/output interface. 

Software Features

How is the data transmitted to the server?

Data transmission occurs through either Wi-Fi or Ethernet connectivity. In the event of a connection loss, data is securely stored on an internal memory card and automatically uploaded once the connection is reestablished.

How can I access the data?

You can access the data from any computer or smartphone by logging into our customised web platform.

Can I share live data to a external party?

Yes. You can create public dashboards, enabling you to share limited information to a wider audience, while protecting other sensitive data. For example, you can display live metrics on your website or in your facility.

Can I integrate the data to a third-party software?

Yes.

What setup cost will I incur?

There are three primary costs: the device itself, device connection (which can be handled by the customer if preferred), and setup of the web platform.

Are there any ongoing fees?

Yes. There is an annual subscription fee covering server hosting costs for data storage and a licence fee. The server cost depends on your required data storage needs.

We provide comprehensive support to ensure your comfort with both the device and the software when installed. Additional support is available when required.
